05 · Outcome

From recovered burlap bags sourced from local breweries, we produced 255 pouches for the launch of a cosmetics collection—transforming industrial packaging waste into a refined promotional asset. This project activated local manufacturing capacity and generated skilled employment through specialised upcycling processes, extending impact beyond material recovery. Production was carried out within community-based workshops, where underutilised industrial capabilities are reactivated as hubs for craftsmanship, training, and inclusive economic participation.
