Volkswagen Group is one of the world's absolute largest automotive conglomerates. Founded in 1937 in Germany, the company has grown into a multi-brand titan.
Beyond the core VW brand, the group owns Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, SEAT, Škoda, and Ducati (motorcycles). It also controls the heavy trucking group Traton (which includes Scania and MAN).
Volkswagen has been operating in Argentina since 1980 and is a cornerstone of the country's manufacturing economy. Unlike some brands that only assemble imported parts, Volkswagen has deep, localized heavy-industrial roots here. The company directly employs approximately 4,200 people in Argentina and operates two major, highly specialized manufacturing plants in the country.
We also managed to upcycle 236 m² of textiles from old merchandise overstock from events and other brand activations.
Those waste streams were transformed into sling bags, car rubbish bags, pouches, and other functional accessories.
